We are currently looking for a IT System Administrator (m/f/d) to support our first-level support team at MATERNUS-Klinik für Rehabilitation in Bad Oeynhausen. This renowned rehabilitation clinic specializes in orthopedics, behaviorally oriented rehabilitation, cardiology, and neurology, with a focus on C and D. With around 320 employees and 540 beds, we provide top-quality inpatient and outpatient treatment to over 4,200 patients annually. Our services also include preventive measures to promote the holistic health of our patients.

Responsibilities:

  • Handling of incidents and service requests, including analysis and resolution of errors for our internal applications (MS Office, KIS, therapy planning system)
  • User management
  • The IT team ensures the smooth operation of the entire clinic IT as well as the telecommunications systems and equipment
  • Prioritization and classification of requests
  • Independent processing of requests from receipt to successful completion for hardware and software issues
