    Salary:

    We are looking for a skilled ServiceNow Developer with expertise in Salesforce CPQ Integration to join our dynamic team. In this position, you will play a key role in designing, developing, and implementing ServiceNow solutions, focusing on integrating Salesforce CPQ functionalities. You will work closely with diverse teams to grasp business requirements and transform them into technical solutions that cater to our clients' needs.



    Responsibilities:

    • Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow solutions with a concentration on integrating Salesforce CPQ functionalities.
    • Engage with stakeholders to collect and assess business requirements for ServiceNow and Salesforce CPQ integration.
    1. Design and set up ServiceNow modules, such as Incident Management, Change Management, Release Management, and Service Catalog, to align with business requirements.
    2. Create custom applications, workflows, and scripts in ServiceNow to streamline business processes and enrich user experience.
    3. Link ServiceNow with Salesforce CPQ utilizing APIs, web services, and middleware solutions.
    4. Prepare and update technical documentation, encompassing design documents, technical specifications, and test plans.
    5. Conduct unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing to ensure the quality of developed solutions.
    6. Offer technical guidance and assistance to team members and stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
    7. Stay updated on the latest ServiceNow and Salesforce CPQ features, industry trends, and best practices.
    8. Engage in code reviews, knowledge sharing sessions, and continuous enhancement initiatives to boost team productivity and efficiency.

    Qualifications:

    1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
    2. Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow development, specializing in ServiceNow IT Service Management (ITSM) modules.
    3. Practical experience with Salesforce CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote) and its integration with ServiceNow.
    4. Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and other web technologies commonly applied in ServiceNow development.
    5. Experience with ServiceNow REST and SOAP APIs for integration purposes.
    6. Solid grasp of ITIL processes and top practices.
    7. Exceptional problem-solving abilities and keen attention to detail.
    8. Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with a talent for collaborating with varied teams.
    9. Preferably, holds Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified CPQ Specialist).
    10. Also preferred are ServiceNow certifications (e.g., Certified Application Developer).
