We are looking for experienced IT Project Management Specialist who will be responsible to oversee large and significant Honeywell digital transformation programs. The incumbent will play significant role in executing key digital transformation initiatives that include but not limited to Sales Tech, CRM (primarily Salesforce) etc. These initiatives span across multiple areas and businesses. You will be in a visible position and will require direct interaction with peers and leaders across all these groups. The Project Manager will play key role in ensuring program deliverables are met and quality requirements are produced on time and within budget. The right person for the job will apply their Project Management skills with business understanding in solving real-world problems faced by our company and finding opportunities for improvement across multiple projects, teams and business units. This is a Techno-Functional position with both IT & Business aspects.

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**

Responsible for one or more medium to large IT projects within the Sales & Commercial Excellence domains

Leads projects through the conceptual, requirements gathering, design, development, and implementation phases

Organizes and leads a cross-functional team towards timely execution of critical milestones

Plans/schedules work and identifies tasks and sequences to accomplish the assigned scope

Develops and maintains all IT project-related documentation

Develops and communicates IT project plan, schedules, cost and progress

Identifies and manages technical, schedule and cost risks

Identifies and takes action to mitigate potential risks and issues and makes recommendations to management when escalation is required

Develops future work streams and puts together cost estimates for emerging requirements

Develops and maintains a productive working relationship with project sponsors, customers, vendors and other key stakeholders

Initiates and facilitates team meetings and issue resolution involving the right parties to resolve problems

Monitors and manages project financials, scope, and schedule to ensure project stays on track for assigned projects

Coordinates IT project teams to ensure that business requirements are effectively incorporated into design specifications, multi-platform integrations and data transfers

**YOU MUST HAVE**

Bachelors degree

5+ years IT experience with at least 3+ years of progressive project management experience in technology implementation and delivery

3+ years of experience in managing Sales Technology transformation projects (Salesforce CRM strongly desired)

**WE VALUE**

Proven track record of designing, developing and deploying Salesforce solutions; experience with integrating Salesforce with other solutions (through APIs and other technologies)

Strong organizational and presentation skills

Experience managing projects in CRM (SFDC), CPQ or other digital / commercial or Sales technologies

Experience with a PPM tool preferred

Wide and deep understanding of key project management practices with strong business acumen and customer focus

Consistently makes timely decisions even in the face of complexity, balancing systematic analysis with decisiveness

Ability to create business value through project planning and management

Conveys information with clarity and directness, ensuring the message is understood across diverse, global teams

Conveys specific, observable, and/or measurable expectations for each assignment, and verifies understanding and agreement on deliverables and timeframes

Ability to work on multiple projects and effectively manage priorities

Highly effective/demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills

Masters degree, Project Management certification (PMP) and Agile certification preferred
