    Locations: 32 min drive from each other or 50 min subway ride from each other

    • 39 Auburn Place Brooklyn, NY Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays
    • 108-75 Avenue D Brooklyn, NY 11236- Tuesdays and Thursdays

    Schedule: 9a-5p or 10a-6p

    Salary: $125k + incentives

    Notes

    • They also would get an additional $50 for every patient they see after #7.

    Overview

    The Floating Hospital provides exceptional and compassionate healthcare to families in need.     We are seeking a highly motivated, experienced Board-Certified Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant for immediate, full-time placement at its sites in Brooklyn.

    Responsibilities

    • Provide primary care.
    • Perform well-care examinations.
    • Distribute medications to patients.
    • Communicate with case workers.
    • Encourage health promotion, disease prevention, and health maintenance.

    Qualifications

    Education: Candidate must possess a valid NYS Family NP or PA license and must be Board Certified.

    • Experience: Must have experience treating patients of all ages. Prior experience with electronic medical record (AthenaHealth preferred) a must.
    • Language: Bi-lingual (Spanish) desirable
