Object Manager | Customer Service Representative (m/f/d)

Your responsibilities with us:

  • Managing, instructing, and directing your cleaning teams, including scheduling and documentation
  • Ensuring the delivery of contracted services, including documentation and quality control
  • Responsible for budget compliance and providing entrepreneurial input
  • Building and maintaining customer relationships, such as expanding WISAG's service offerings in your assigned locations
  • Handling customer complaints and resolving issues

You will be responsible for managing various interesting locations in the Wiesbaden/Wallau area.

What we are looking for:

  • Training in building cleaning, business administration, or further education as an object manager

Several years of experience in the service or facility management industry, or in building cleaning

  • Experience in managing employees
  • Experience as a project manager
  • Proficiency in PC skills (MS Office) and basic commercial knowledge
