Educating patients on preventive care and prescribed treatments is a core responsibility, making them the primary healthcare provider for many.

• Maintain confidentiality of patient records
• Provide updates on prognoses to patients
• Advise on prescriptions and treatment plans
• Adhere to federal, state, and nursing guidelines
• Analyze medical records and reports
• Monitor intervention effectiveness
• Assist in patient transitions within healthcare settings
• Update patient charts and software records
• Prescribe treatment modalities
• Collaborate with healthcare team to ensure quality care
• Support decision-making through educational tools
• Conduct patient examinations and medical history reviews
• Perform assigned duties

• Must hold Nurse Practitioner and Registered Nurse licenses
• Preferably board certified as a Nurse Practitioner in a specialty
• National board certification as a Nurse Practitioner is required
• Minimum Master's in Nursing, Doctorate of Nursing preferred
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to problemsolve individually and within a team
• Establish strong patient relationships with excellent bedside manner
