Role:
Task Force Food and Beverage Leader - York, Maine


Are you a culinary maestro with a passion for creating unforgettable dining experiences? Do you thrive in the sun-soaked, beachy vibes of a high-energy environment? If so, we have the perfect opportunity for you as our Food and Beverage Leader in York You will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of food and beverage operations across multiple outlets within our hotel.

This role requires strong leadership skills, exceptional customer service, and a keen eye for detail to ensure that our guests have an unforgettable dining experience.


What You'll Do:


  • Supervise and coordinate the daily operations of all food and beverage outlets, including restaurants, bars, room service, and banquet facilities.
  • Develop and implement strategies to maximize revenue and profitability while maintaining high standards of quality and service.
  • Hire, train, and motivate a team of food and beverage staff, ensuring that they adhere to hotels policies and procedures.
  • Create and maintain employee schedules, ensuring adequate staffing levels to meet guest demand.
  • Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed to maintain optimal stock levels and minimize waste.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in all food and beverage areas.
  • Work closely with the team to develop menus and daily specials that showcase local ingredients and cater to the preferences of our guests.
  • Handle guest inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a professional and timely manner, striving to exceed their expectations.
  • Collaborate with other departments, such as sales and marketing, to promote food and beverage offerings and drive revenue growth.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and best practices, continuously seeking opportunities for improvement and innovation.

Who You Are:


  • Bachelor's degree in hospitality management, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
  • Minimum of 35 years of experience in food and beverage management, preferably in a hotel or resort setting.
  • Proven leadership abilities with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with guests, colleagues, and vendors.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Knowledge of food and beverage cost control techniques and budget management.

Ability to Relocate:

  • York, ME: Relocate before starting work (required)
