What can you expect?

Consulting and support for the specialists and managers in a defined area in all personnel-related, labor, social security, and tax issues
Management and support of the entire personnel process, from personnel planning and procurement to personnel release
Close cooperation and coordination with the works council, company doctor, occupational safety specialist, and external authorities
Execution of monthly payroll, including all related tax and social security matters
Participation in the design of personnel
