As a Personal Assistant at Banner Hill, you will play a vital role in supporting our Chief Operating Officer and ensuring smooth operations within their department.

YOUR ROLE

As a Personal Assistant, your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing the COO's calendar, scheduling meetings, and optimizing their schedule.
  • Coordinating travel arrangements, transportation logistics, and visa applications (if needed) for the COO.
  • Serving as the main point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, handling inquiries and correspondence, and prioritizing communications effectively.
  • Assisting in the planning and execution of events, meetings, and other initiatives led by the COO.
