    Description

    Job Description:
    Provides technical direction and project management support to Customer Information Systems (CIS) and Business Intelligence systems. Responsible for driving business and systems analysis, specifications, and lead test activities. This role will partner with supervisors, project managers, managers, IT developers, and business client groups.

    Job Responsibilities:
    Plans and coordinates project implementation and hand off to clients. Project lifecycle activities will be centered around Finance, Collections, Mail Payments, and Branch offices areas in Customer Services.

    Performs other duties as assigned

    Serves as a consultant and project leader on special teams, utilizing individual skills and teamwork to resolve issues.

    Provides technical assistance to clients through the support of programs, technology and strategic applications.

    Develops test plans and executes test scenarios to satisfy user acceptance criteria. Prescribes test development, execution, and regression testing phases.

    Tests and evaluates new technologies, tools, materials and equipment as appropriate.


    Job Requirements:
    Bachelor's degree in an engineering/business discipline, or equivalent. Preferred.


    Proficiency in MS Office Products such as Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Project, Visio and SharePoint Knowledge of CIS, Business Objects, SAS, SQL My Accounts, IVR.

    Preferred.


    5 years business systems analyst or specialized knowledge specific to the area of expertise, e.g., call center, collections, engineering, project management principles.
