Description

The Federal Government's digitization strategy also includes the digitization of the courts. To support this project and manage the IT infrastructure, as well as serve as a point of contact for project participants and employees of the Federal Court of Justice, we are seeking to strengthen our team in Shippenville. In this position, you will be responsible for the successful progress of the project and the secure operation of the associated IT systems. This is an exciting and challenging role that requires collaboration with internal and external partners.

What can you expect?

  • You will design, coordinate, and implement IT projects related to the introduction of electronic files
  • You will coordinate needs, requirements, and specifications with project managers in the specialist departments and analyze the third-party software used in the project areas to develop adaptation needs and suitable solutions
  • You will design the infrastructure required for the operation of specialist applications/software solutions, plan and coordinate the rollout process, and monitor service contracts within IT projects
  • You will research and conduct market observations, develop optimization proposals, and provide training on the specialist applications used
  • You will support and administer the server landscapes and specialist applications associated with IT projects, test new components, identify, assess, analyze, and resolve critical errors/failures (second-level support), and create and update documentation
