    Description

    HCA Florida Woodmont Hospital, located in Tamarac, FL, is a 317-bed acute care facility providing a wide range of surgical and medical services. It also serves as an academic teaching center for Behavioral Health.


    We are currently looking for a Medical Technologist to join Integrated Regional Labs!

    Job Title: Medical Technologist


    Job Summary:


    • Perform accurate and timely laboratory testing
    • Take on departmental responsibilities as needed
    • Ensure completeness of patient records
    • Handle stat procedures within established timelines
    • Demonstrate sound judgment in result interpretation
    • Conduct quality control procedures and address critical results

    Requirements:


    • Associate Degree required, Bachelor's Degree preferred
    • Minimum 1 year of Medical Technologist experience
    • State of Florida Technologist License required
    • Technologist License in one or more clinical specialty areas preferred
