The Property Manager assists the Broker/CEO as well as other supportive staff by maintaining the company's portfolio and performing all related management functions, including, but not limited to: coordinating new and renewing leasing tasks such as move-ins, property inspections and marketing, maintaining good record keeping, tenant relations, coordinating maintenance and repairs, and any other duties or other responsibilities that may assigned.

Hours: 40 hours per week
Salary:
$20-25/hr (DOE)
Qualifications and Experience:
An Property Manager's role is pivotal in ensuring that real estate properties operate efficiently, are well-maintained, and provide a positive experience for tenants and property owners.
Experience
- Previous experience in property management, real estate or real estate license, or a related field is beneficial
- Experience as a leasing agent or in a customer service role is advantageous
Skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in property management software and Google Suite
- Knowledge of property laws and regulations.
- Financial acumen for budgeting and financial reporting
- Ability to identify and resolve issues related to property maintenance, tenant concerns, and financial matters.
- A commitment to providing exceptional customer service to tenants and property owner
- The ability to work collaboratively with all staff and external vendors
- Bilingual is a plus

Responsibilities:
Tenant Relations
- Assist in handling tenant inquiries, concerns, and requests.
- Facilitate communication between tenants and property management.
- Coordinate lease agreements, renewals, and rent collection.
- Coordinate and oversee property maintenance and repairs.
- Manage work orders and follow up on repairs.
- Maintain property records, files, and documentation.
- Prepare and distribute notices and correspondence.
- Assist with lease administration and recordkeeping.
- Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and service providers.
- Obtain and evaluate quotes for maintenance and repair work.
- Monitor vendor performance.
- Assist in marketing vacant units and maintaining high occupancy rates.
