Description
The Administrative Assistant primary duty is to communicate with the clients in a professional and clear way.This position's primary duty is to answer the phones in a timely manner and will require great phone communication skills and writing abilities.
Other duties are included below as well as duties assigned by the Office Manager.- Complete administrative duties such as making copies, scanning, compose outgoing mail, answering & directing phone calls, and greeting clients
- Coordinate appointments, including all correspondence and logistics necessary
- Draft documents and letters as directed by Office Manager
- Manage legal documentation and correspondence in strict confidence
- Correspond with counsel, court and clients
- Assist with accounting and billing
- Implement and improve upon administrative processes for more efficient workflow
Qualifications
- High School Diploma
- 2+ years' working experience as an office assistant/receptionist, preferable from a law firm
- Familiarity with MS Office, Google, and Dropbox
- Ability to type 70+ words per minute
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Able to take direction and work independently with little or no supervision
- Highly organized and detailoriented
Pay:
$15.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
