Come join our team Rossmoor Post Acute is a beautiful 5 Star Skilled Nursing Facility located in the Rossmoor community.


Responsibilities:


  • Develop and implement a diverse range of activities tailored to residents' interests and abilities
  • Coordinate and lead group activities, events, and outings
  • Provide oneonone support for residents who require individualized attention
  • Collaborate with the care team to integrate activities into residents' care plans
  • Maintain accurate records of resident participation and preferences
  • Ensure activities comply with all regulations and guidelines

Skills:


  • Experience in memory care, senior care, or nursing home settings
  • Knowledge of recreational therapy techniques
  • Familiarity with dementia care and aging issues counseling
  • Proficiency in event planning and execution
  • Understanding of Activities of Daily Living (ADLs)
  • Strong schedule management skills
  • Compassionate and patient demeanor

Pay:
$ $28.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
