On behalf of our internationally operating client, we are currently seeking a Shipping Clerk (m/f/d) in full-time for temporary employment in the Sigmaringen area.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Ensuring optimal shipping processes for national and international transport
  • Independent processing of outgoing goods and coordination of transportation
  • Creation, processing, and verification of shipping documents
  • Providing necessary customs documents for smooth operations
  • Close collaboration and deadline management with internal interfaces
  • Participation in further development and optimization of shipping processes

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS

  • Successfully completed commercial training, e.g. as a freight forwarder (m/f/d), industrial clerk (m/f/d), wholesale and foreign trade clerk (m/f/d), or a comparable qualification
  • Prior experience as a shipping clerk (m/f/d) or order processing clerk (m/f/d) is advantageous
  • Proficient in common MS Office programs
  • Good written
