Description

Compensation:

$36,000 Base + Commission

Responsibilities:

Consult with potential loan applicants answer questions and provide additional information about home loan products to create personal relationships
Communicate with the senior mortgage loan officer/ MLO to make a recommendation of which mortgage loan products are best suited depending on applicant's financial status
Liaise between realtors, senior MLO / mortgage loan originator, underwriter, mortgage lenders or mortgage bankers, and loan processors on behalf of the applicant as needed to assure the loan transaction is successful
Monitor sales pipeline, meet sales expectations, get referrals, and generate new business opportunities
Study for the NMLS test at your pace. We cover the expenses of licenses. You advance to Sr Mortgage Loan Officer at your pace

Qualifications:

Willing to complete training program to obtain NMLS/ MLO/ state license
Experience in real estate, lending institutions, credit unions, financial services, or related fields is desired, but not required
Superb relationship, sales, communication, and MS Office skills are needed
Familiarity with home mortgage program guidelines and various types of loans such as FHA, commercial loans, VA, etc is beneficial, but not require
Some college (Bachelor's) is preferred, but a high school diploma or equivalent is required
