Content Strategist
Fidelity TalentSource is your go-to place to find your next temporary job at Fidelity Investments. We are currently looking for a Content Strategist to work in Boston, MA, Merrimack, NH, Smithfield, RI, or Westlake, TX.

Your Role
As a member of Fidelity's Content Team, you will be part of a team that focuses on creating and delivering UX, thought leadership, and educational content. This role is key in supporting two main areas:

The reusable content library, with a focus on driving growth, adoption, and optimization of micro-level content.
Content practices, aiming to codify best practices and provide clear guidance and resources for all.

Expertise and Skills Required

6-9+ years in content strategy, technical writing, UX writing, or copywriting.
Experience in financial services is beneficial.
Bachelor's degree required.
Proficient in content strategy, including content design, information architecture, and governance.
Proven track record in driving reusable, micro-level content strategies.
Experience with Content Management Systems and development tools.
Familiarity with Agile processes and tools.
Understanding of legal, risk, and compliance policies.
Ability to build strong business relationships and collaborate effectively.
Enjoys working as part of a team and embraces ambiguity.
Ability to learn from failure and engage in an iterative process.
