- Content practices, aiming to formalize our best practices and offer clear guidance and resources that are user-friendly for all. By establishing and upholding content strategy standards, we deliver top-notch customer experiences.
- This is a fast-paced environment where robust collaboration with a diverse range of partners is essential for success, and decisions are driven by data and iteration.
- Strong strategy and writing skills (6-9 years or more in content strategy, technical writing, UX writing, or copywriting). Experience in writing within financial services is beneficial. A bachelor's degree is a must.
- Proficient in all aspects of content strategy, including content design, UX writing, information architecture, content audits, content modeling, priority guides, workflow, and governance.
- Developing content strategies focused on reusable, micro-level content with a proven track record of implementing such strategies.
- Designing, developing, and managing extensive content libraries, proficient in taxonomies, metadata, and editorial standards.
- Familiarity with Content Management Systems (CMS) and development tools - Tridion, Sites 9.5, Adobe Experience Manager is advantageous.
- Knowledge of Agile processes and tools, including epic and story writing skills.
- Understanding of legal, risk, and compliance (LRC) policies, procedures, and tools.
- Building and maintaining strong business relationships, establishing trust, and advocating for collaboration.
- Enthusiastic, intelligent, creative, adaptable, and enjoys collaborating within a team.
- Comfortable with ambiguity while prioritizing tasks and deciding on ways to progress work.
