Your tasks:

  • Project processing according to the service phases of the HOAI
  • Economic and technical evaluation of planning options
  • Project coordination with architects and other trades, e.g. structural engineers, building services engineers
  • Preparation of performance specifications
  • Sending out performance specifications, evaluating bids and participating in the awarding process
  • Preparation and execution of project presentations
  • Scheduling in consultation with project participants
  • Coordination of project processing with clients and external project participants
  • Planning and calculations according to recognized rules of technology
  • Construction supervision/ site management activities
  • Organization and chairing of construction site meetings
  • Correspondence and documentation
  • Conducting and documenting technical inspections
  • Supporting clients in VOB acceptance procedures

Your profile:

  • Completed university degree (Bachelor/Master) in electrical engineering or equivalent qualifications and experience

Professional experience in planning and construction maintenance is advantageous, but not required

  • Knowledge of HOAI and VOB
  • Quality, cost and deadline orientation
  • Proficient in MS Office products
  • Knowledge of DDS-CAD
