Food and Drug Administration (FDA) has accepted for review ImmunityBio's resubmission of its Biologics License Application (BLA) for N-803, a first-in-class IL-15 superagonist, plus Bacillus Calmette-Guérin (BCG) for the treatment of BCG-unresponsive non-muscle-invasive bladder cancer carcinoma in situ (CIS) with or without Ta or T1 disease, and has set a user fee goal date (PDUFA date) of April 23, 2024.

Position Summary

Essential Functions

Prioritize customer requests for support based on urgency and impact of need.
Support desktop operating systems, hardware and software.
Facilitate proper provisioning and followthrough on service requests from users to satisfactory completion, analyzing requests, recommending solutions, and escalating issues as necessary.
Utilize Jira system for proper incident tracking and management of issues.
Use Windows Active Directory for any password reset request as well as Manage groups and share permissions
Support and manage MDM solutions.
Inventory Management
Other duties as assigned

Education & Experience

Minimum 3 years of computer support experience required.
Associates degree in computer Science or a related field.
Microsoft/CompTIA certifications preferred.
Exceptional communication skills, including: listening, writing and speaking, both inperson and over the phone.
Highly organized selfstarter with an eye for detail who can maintain multiple ongoing projects simultaneously.
Entrepreneurial, flexible attitude with ability to work well in ambiguous, changing situations and reprioritize work accordingly.
Strong analytical and organizational skills.
Ability to work in a team environment.

$35.00 (entry-level qualifications) to $45.00 (highly experienced) Hourly.
