In this Role
The Principal will provide leadership and management that promote learning for every student. The Principal leads others and is a steward for learning - student learning, staff learning, and parent learning. They provide a clear vision, inspiration, energy, and insight for all stakeholders in an inclusive culture. The Principal is a conveyer of best practices, catalyst of learning, and a protector of the whole child. They have a set of beliefs and skill set that guide the school in day-to-day operations to ensure the health, safety and welfare of all students, staff, and families. The Principal orchestrates a complex, dynamic, and collaborative community of learners where student learning is always the central focus. List of responsibilities include:
