    Description
    An employer in the cosmetics manufacturing industry is looking for a Senior Financial Analyst to join their team.

    The Senior Financial Analyst will report directly to the CFO and will be responsible for financial modeling, forecasting, analysis and reporting for Executive leadership.

    Additionally, this person will be working across departments on budgets, forecasts, looking at sales, historicals, growth, and put together projections to support making actionable decisions.

    This person should have experience working within a manufacturing company, and a strong background in GAAP and accrual based accounting.

    The Senior Financial Analyst should have a strong technical background working within Excel, reporting dashboards, ERP systems, and pulling out key insights from data in order to provide advice for overall financial strategy.

    This is a full-time, onsite role sitting in Moorpark, CA.

    -3+ years of experience in Financial Planning & Analysis

    • Prior experience working within a manufacturing based company
    • Strong background in Executive level financial reporting
    • Strong verbal and written communication, and prior experience collaborating with various departments
    • Advanced analytical and financial modeling skills
    • Advanced Excel skills, Vlookups, Pivot tables, formulas, merging data across multiple spreadsheets
    • Experience with GAAP and accrual based accounting
    • Experience providing guidance or input into decision making on financial strategy
    • Minimum of Bachelors degree in Finance or Accounting
