• Developed UX solutions that reduced the total help desk tickets by 50% after identifying recurring user/system error based on help desk analytics
• Restructured the loan data sync between the internal loan origination system (LOS) and external points of sale (POS) system resulting in a 25-hour reduction in time spent on ad-hoc fixes per month
• Collaborated with product managers, developers, and cross-functional teams to determine the minimum viable product (MVP) and identify potential impacts on business operations and systems while ensuring we are within compliance
• Translated business needs into testable requirements for the development team to finalize the testing scope and deliverables for the features/ PBIs
• Lead weekly iteration planning meetings with business stakeholders and end- users across multiple departments to gather, implement, and deploy requirements to production
