- Collects, analyzes and summarizes data to support business decisions.
- Identifies opportunities for reuse of data across the enterprise. Validates data sources.
- Keeps abreast of new Tools & Technology and functionalities across the application(s).
- Works closely with customers, vendors, business analysts and application development project teams to resolve information flow and content issues.
- Ensure data integrity and compliance by performing data profiling and data validations.
- Facilitates meetings with clients to gather and document requirements and explore potential solutions.
- Gathers data and reporting requirements. Detects and summarizes patterns in data and findings by producing simple reports and works with development teams for problem resolutions.
- Bachelor's Degree, Minimum of 5 years applicable experience (3 years in healthcare setting preferred)

- SQL Skills Required (rating: >7 out of 10):
- Proficient in using analytical functions (PARTITION BY, RANK, SUM, GROUP BY, ORDER BY, LEAD, LAG, etc.)
- Optimize SQL queries/Performance Tuning
- Integration and working with multiple data sources/datasets
- Expertise in Nested, Sub, and Inner Queries
- Experience in handling errors and fixing SQL issues

REFERRAL BONUS PROGRAM:
If you are able to refer a person we do hire, we can offer up to $250 for contractors after they are on the job for 90 days and up to $500 for direct hires after they are on the job between 90 days to 180 days, depending on customer payment terms.
