Summary


In collaboration with assigned lead, responsible to assist in the accurate and timely administration and operations of all grant, sponsorship and research project activities that support DSI's mission to fund independent or partnered initiatives managed by Medical Affairs, triaging any open issues and bringing forward proposed recommendations to the attention of the appropriate stakeholders and teams.


Responsibilities:


  • Complete regular analyses related to the results of grant applicants and sponsorship programs. Utilize these reports to evaluate trends and identify strengths or anomalies to identify potential shifts in decision strategy as necessary. Make recommendations on potential process improvements to Senior Director, MPAC.
  • Ensure that all required backup documentation obligations are met in compliance with the terms and conditions of all supported agreements, and any resulting regulatory reports (Sunshine, etc.) that are necessary as a result of the grant and/or project. Independently tracking payments and preparing analytical reports for all reconciliations and Sunshine Reporting across the organization. Ensure the proper disbursement of corporate funds based upon the validated performance of these entities in accordance with the terms of the agreements and programs.
Education Qualifications (from an accredited college or university)

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred
Experience Qualifications

  • 1 or More Years of relevant experience preferred
  • Less Than 1 Year of experience in Medical Affairs (or a direct relevant comparison) with expertise in Oncology and Medical Education a plus
