    Pizza Wholesale of Lexington is seeking ambitious, hard-working individuals for our Route Delivery position, or Account Manager as we prefer to call them, in our Knoxville, TN District.

    Individuals applying for this opportunity will interact with our valued customer partners by providing exceptional service from our warehouse. Interactions with our valued customer partners in the Convenience Store Industry will enable you to grow your sales.

    Candidates applying for this position must have a clean MVR, be able to obtain a DOT Medical Card for a minimum of one year, and live within 60 minutes of the warehouse.


    Responsibilities and Duties:
    Safely operates a company truck in designated area to provide products and service to a variety of customers. Manage assigned daily route.

    Works within HOS and reports challenges to finishing the assigned route within HOS.Loads/unloads product per company policies, procedures, and guidelines.

    Monitors customer feedback and handles or reports customer issues in a prompt and courteous manner.
    Take responsibility for your personal safety and watch out for the safety of others. Use safe precautions, proper tools, and equipment, and adhere to all safe work practices and policies.
    Assisting and following up with customers.
    Assisting in keeping warehouse clean and organized.
    Making daily bank deposits for all monies collected according to policy and procedures.
    Completing all necessary paperwork required in the timeframe.


    QualificationsTypical Knowledge and Skills:
    Demonstrated customer service ability.
    Must be self-motivated and operate with a sense of urgency.
    Must maintain a high level of professional appearance and demeanor.


    Supervision:
    Works under general supervision of the District Manager

    Minimum Requirements:
    Legal Age: 21 years oldEducation or

    Equivalent Experience:
    High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent

    Function Specific Experience:
    NoneCertification/

    License Requirements:
    Valid Driver's License with a safe driving recordMust be able to obtain D.O.T card with one-year certification

    Physical Demands:
    Ability to reach, bend, stoop, push and/or pull, and frequently lift/move up to 75 pounds.
    Extended times driving a vehicle.
    Must be able to drive a 26,000 lb.
    GVW truck extended periods of time. We will train and certify you to drive our vehicles.


    Personal Appearance:
    Maintain the highest standards of personal grooming and dress for work.
    This is a position that requires interaction with our customers in the Convenience Store Industry.
