    Job OverviewWe are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Accountant to join our team.

    As a Senior Accountant, you will be responsible for overseeing the financial activities of our organization and ensuring compliance with relevant financial regulations.

    You will play a key role in financial reporting, analysis, and forecasting. This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented professional with strong financial acumen and technical accounting skills.

    Duties- Prepare and review financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements- Conduct financial analysis and provide insights to support decision-making- Ensure compliance with accounting principles, standards, and regulations (e.g., IFRS)- Assist with the development and implementation of accounting policies and procedures- Manage the month-end close process, including reconciliations and journal entries- Oversee payroll processing and ensure accurate recording of payroll transactions- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support budgeting and forecasting activities- Perform technical accounting research and provide guidance on complex accounting issues- Support internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and explanations- Manage & Mentor junior accounting staff and provide training as neededQualifications- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (Master's degree preferred)- CPA certification is highly desirable- Minimum of 6 years of experience in corporate accounting or public accounting-Minimum 2 years experience with NetSuite required- Strong knowledge of financial concepts, including double-entry bookkeeping- Proficiency in using accounting software and MS Office Suite (especially Excel)- Experience with SOX compliance is a plus- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environmentIf you are a detail-oriented professional with a strong background in corporate accounting and technical accounting skills, we encourage you to apply for this position.
