    Role Summary:


    The Client Relationship Manager will focus on managing the ongoing client relationships within our Seattle office, supporting and processing their requests.

    You'll be responsible for retaining clients and providing excellent service. You'll report into the Regional Vice President of the Seattle office.


    Responsibilities:


    Maintain relationships with group retirement plan clients and key personnel for plans generally with under $1 million in assets and unaudited.

    *Plan sizes may vary depending on regional office plan count, demographics, and your overall degree of experienceManage the day-to-day operations and servicing of group retirement plan clientsOn an ongoing basis, maintain compliance calendar for each client to ensure timely execution of required annual compliance tasksFacilitate client (plan sponsor), and participant inquiries and service requests in a proactive mannerCoordinate the request of any plan amendments, fund changes etc.)Support client payroll remittance processCoordinate plan support services (audit support, 5500's, compliance testing) with home office to ensure services are delivered timely and accuratelyWork closely within the regional team (Regional Officer, Client Relationship Manager, Group Account and Participant Account Representatives) to coordinate appropriate delivery of MOA servicesSalesforce upkeep (input client contact data, update plan information, manage client tasks, etc.).

    Fulfill, as needed, the requests of other Client Relationship Managers in the office including Senior Client Relationship Managers in support of tasks that may need to be completed due to urgency/learning opportunitiesRequired Qualifications:
    Excellent business writing, presentation, and phone skillsClient relationship management experienceAbility to handle pressure, prioritize, and multitask during a business dayAbility to work flexible hoursCommunication skills and comfortability speaking with payroll managers, human resource directors and potentially c suite executivesAbility to handle pressure, prioritize, and multitask during a business dayValid driver's license

    Preferred Qualifications:
    Active FINRA Series 6 and SIE or must obtained within the first year of employmentPrior work experience in group retirement plan industryBasic knowledge and understanding of corporate/group retirement plans (403(b), 401(k) and 457 plans) including: retirement plan design, investment monitoring, plan administration, compliance testing and understanding of retirement plan rules & regulations

    Match:

    You will be eligible to receive up to 9% of your pay (salary and incentive compensation) in company contributions.

    A non-elective employer contribution of 3%, plus a 100% employer match on employee contributions of up to 6% of pay.


    Parental Leave:
    8 weeks fully paidPaid time off: 20 days plus two floating personal holidays

    Mutual of America matches donations of $25 or more to your favorite organizationsThe salary range below describes the minimum to maximum base salary range for this role.

    The role is also eligible for an annual bonus, whereby total compensation may exceed this range depending on individual and / or company performance.


    Base Salary Range:
