Job FunctionsOrder Entry and Maintenance Set up and attribute all new StylesKey PO's, Maintain PO and adjust ship datesMaintain accurate PO LogSet up and maintain all SSD groupsPricing Accurate entry of Weekly Promotional Pricing and monthly permanent markdownsDevelop the promotional strategy in partnership with buyer, planner, and vendorReview and assess aged product and slow sellers and create an exit strategy based on findings, in partnership with buyer, planner, and vendorBusiness Analysis Perform Analysis on the business performance and provide Business Recaps/Reviews:
Weekly report out on KPI's to identify wins and opportunitiesSizing - Responsible for maintaining size profiles ensuring they are optimizing inventory and marginMaintain ladders on key items/programs collaborate with buyers/planners/vendors optimizing sales and influencing receipt flowEstablish relationship as Skecher's rep to drive businessAssortment Architecture Perform hind sighting to improve future allocations & inform APX/assortment architecture, choice count, sku depth, & store clusteringCreate store clusters to optimize volume, demographic, and regional indicatorsParticipate in Final Buy/Style outs as the Skechers expertEducation /

Experience Requirements:
Bachelor's degree required1-2 years planning or buying experienceSpecific work or project experience: Demonstrated experience using merchandising & planning systemsIndustry experience: Corporate buying or planning office experience OR relative wholesale experience (e.g. account executive, sales assistant, retail planner)Knowledge & SkillsPerforms retail math calculations and utilizes formulas for analysis, pricing, and marketing activitiesPossesses strong written and verbal communication skills to present in a professional manner and to communicate with all merchandising levels, stores, and vendorsAbility to collaborate with cross functional teams and work in a team environmentCapable of shifting to different projects as priorities changeSuccessfully navigates ambiguity and drives business results regardless of obstaclesAbility to use corporate retail merchandising systems to support buying & planning activitiesDemonstrated ability to develop recommendations based on trends and data analysisAbility to identify market trends and color concepts#LI-KH3#IND3#J-18808-Ljbffr
