    Description

    We're seeking a seasoned General Manager to lead our hotel's transformation and growth. As an experienced industry professional, you'll bring a comprehensive understanding of hotel operations, from food and beverage to event management. This hands-on role involves daily stand-up meetings, BEO meetings, and close coordination with each department to ensure seamless operations. You'll mentor staff, develop department heads, and remain in tune with the hotel's pulse to shape a superior guest experience. Your ability to manage construction projects and implement standard operating procedures will be crucial.

    Requirements:

    • Extensive experience in hotel operations, including food and beverage, kitchen, housekeeping, event management, and sales.
    • Proven leadership skills with the ability to mentor and develop staff.
    • Strong ability to manage construction projects.
    • Solid understanding of standard operating procedures and their implementation.
    • Exceptional organizational and communication skills.
    • Track record of coordinating interdepartmental meetings and monitoring daily operations.

    Duties:

    • Lead daily stand-up meetings with department heads.
    • Organize and oversee BEO meetings.
    • Mentor and support staff development.
    • Manage and monitor construction projects.
    • Introduce, implement, and monitor standard operating procedures.
    • Stay informed of the hotel's overall operational status.
