    Job Description:

    As the General Manager of Radiopharmaceuticals, you will play a pivotal role in leading our Massachusetts facility to drive operational excellence, strategic growth, and exceptional customer satisfaction. Reporting directly to the executive leadership team, you will oversee all aspects of the radiopharmaceutical manufacturing and distribution operations while ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and company policies.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve business objectives and drive sustainable growth in the radiopharmaceutical market.
    • Provide visionary leadership to inspire and motivate cross-functional teams towards common goals.
    • Foster a culture of innovation, continuous improvement, and operational excellence within the organization.
    • Oversee all aspects of the manufacturing, quality control, and distribution processes for radiopharmaceutical products.
    • Ensure adherence to strict regulatory requirements, including FDA, cGMP, and other relevant standards.
    • Implement robust quality systems and processes to maintain product quality and safety throughout the supply chain.
    • Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial performance metrics to achieve profitability targets.
    • Identify cost optimization opportunities and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, healthcare providers, and industry stakeholders.
    • Address customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback promptly to ensure high levels of satisfaction and retention.
    • Ensure compliance with all applicable regulations, including radiation safety, environmental, and health standards.
    • Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to protect the company's assets and reputation.
    • Recruit, develop, and retain top talent within the organization.
    • Provide coaching, mentoring, and professional development opportunities to cultivate a high-performing team.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or related field (advanced degree preferred).
    • Proven track record of leadership and managerial experience in the pharmaceutical or radiopharmaceutical industry.
    • In-depth knowledge of radiopharmaceutical manufacturing processes, regulatory requirements, and quality management systems.
    • Strong business acumen with experience in strategic planning, financial management, and market analysis.
    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and drive results through collaboration and teamwork.
