Your tasks will include being a contact person for management, executives, and employees for all personnel-related and labor law issues, participating in the conception, establishment, and further development of personnel-related guidelines and processes in the personnel software, supporting, planning, and implementing HR projects, participating in applicant management, and creating all HR-related documents such as contracts, contract changes, certificates, and confirmations.

You will also be responsible for personnel administration tasks and maintaining master data. Your profile should include a commercial education with professional experience in personnel work or a successfully completed business administration degree with a focus on personnel or a comparable qualification, knowledge of labor law, and solid IT skills (MS Office,
