Description

Responsibilities:
Must be self employed and have insurance.

  • Perform general maintenance and repair tasks on condominium property
  • Conduct inspections to identify issues and make necessary repairs
  • Install, repair, and replace some siding, and window sills as needed, do power washing, etc.
  • Handle basic plumbing and electrical repairs
  • Paint walls, ceilings, and other surfaces as needed
  • Some gardening work required.
A van or truck would be a plus


Skills:


  • Strong knowledge of general maintenance and repair techniques
  • Proficient in using hand and power tools
  • Excellent problemsolving skills to identify and resolve issues efficiently
  • Attention to detail to ensure highquality workmanship
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
  • Good communication skills to interact with clients and understand their needs
  • May have some manual labor and lift heavy objects if required
