    Responsibilities*Technical Skills:


    + BS degree in Computer Science or related field (MS preferred)+ 10+ years distributed service engineering experience in a software development environment+ Expert in Java+ Hands-on experience designing, developing and operating public cloud services+ Deep understanding of object-oriented design and SDK development, specifically within a cloud environment+ Experience working closely with architects, principals, product and program managers to deliver product features on time and with high quality.+ Strong skills in data structures, algorithms, operating systems, and distributed systems fundamentals.+ Good knowledge of networking protocols (TCP/IP, HTTP) and standard network architectures.+ Experience with Cloud Engineering Infrastructure Development (like Terraform)+ Experience with containers and container orchestration technologies (Kubernetes, Docker)+ Deep understanding of databases, NoSQL systems, storage and distributed persistence technologies.+ Good knowledge in ES6, Javascript, ReactJS, Redux and TypeScript+ Good knowledge in HTML5 and CSS3, including CSS preprocessors such as Sass or LESS.+ Experience with large Single Page Applications with complex state management.+ Experience with backend services using REST APIs or GraphQL.+ Strong experience with responsive design and development, ensuring seamless experiences across various devices and screen sizes.+ Familiarity with test frameworks like Selenium, Jest, Mocha, Chai, Puppeteer.+ Demonstrated knowledge of OCI or AWS, Azure, GCP, Public Cloud SaaS, PaaS Services and/or related technology+ Good to have hands-on experience designing, developing, and operating public cloud service control planes

    Other Skills:

    + Demonstrable technical leadership and mentorship skills+ Design and implement intuitive and seamless customer experiences.+ Proficiency in Agile methodologies, especially Scrum.+ Experience using ticket tracking systems such as JIRA.+ Ability to quickly translate wireframes into prototypes and production-ready interfaces.+ Quick learner with the ability to pick up new languages and technologies.+ Self-driven and able to work independently on projects, even as designs evolve.+ Passionate about learning and staying updated with new technologies and services.+ Strong communication skills, including cross-team collaboration.+ Ability to deliver basic functionality and iterate rapidly.+ Experience working with geographically distributed teams.

    Range and benefit information provided in this posting are specific to the stated locations onlyUS:
    Hiring Range in USD from: $96,800 to $251,600 per annum. May be eligible for bonus, equity, and compensation deferral.

    Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle's differing products, industries and lines of business.

    Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.

    Paid time off:
    Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. Accrued Vacation is provided to all other employees eligible for vacation benefits.

    For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment.

    Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation paid holidays10.


    Paid sick leave:
    72 hours of paid sick leave upon date of hire. Refreshes each calendar year. Unused balance will carry over each year up to a maximum cap of 112 hours.11. Paid parental leave12. Adoption assistance13. Employee Stock Purchase Plan14. Financial planning and group legal15.
