The WIEDEMANN Group currently employs over 1,200 employees at 70 locations.

For our sales region in central Germany (Saxony-Anhalt), we are looking for a Regional Sales Manager (m/f/d).

YOUR TASKS

  • Sales management of the central sales region with profit responsibility
  • Leadership and development of key customers
  • Acquisition of new customers in the sales region
  • Implementation of the sales strategy
  • Development and implementation of measures to achieve sales goals
  • Personnel management of employees in the branches (including field staff) as well as personnel planning, vacation planning and resource management in case of vacation and illness
  • Ensuring smooth organizational processes of all business transactions in the branches

WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING

  • Successfully completed commercial, technical or comparable training
  • Several years of professional experience in a similar position in the HVAC industry
  • Proven sales experience in the HVAC wholesale sector
  • Relevant industry experience in the HVAC sector
  • Several years of experience in personnel management
