- Lead and participate in the design, development, and maintenance of PLM software solutions, ensuring they align with the client's requirements and industry standards.
- Collaborate with clients, business analysts, and other stakeholders to understand their PLM needs and translate them into technical specifications.
- Provide technical support to clients, addressing issues, debugging, and resolving system failures in a timely manner.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including other developers, project managers, and business analysts, to deliver high-quality PLM solutions within established timelines.
- Develop and execute comprehensive testing plans to identify and rectify software bugs and issues.
- Design and manage databases for storing and retrieving product data, ensuring data accuracy, security, and integrity; optimize database performance.
- Proactively identify and troubleshoot any issues or challenges with PLM software and provide timely and effective solutions.
- Continuously seek ways to improve and optimize PLM software and processes to enhance efficiency and productivity.
- Communicate progress and updates to team members and stakeholders.
- Conduct thorough testing and debugging of PLM software to ensure its functionality and usability.
- Bachelor's degree in Business or IT related field or equivalent professional experience.
- Ten (10) or more years of experience.
- Active Secret Clearance.
- Siemens Xcelerator Academy Teamcenter
- Strong analytical and problem-solving ability to design effective solutions.
- Familiarity with one or more programming languages (ex: Python, R, JavaScript, C#, Java, etc.).
- Experienced with code development and deployment through dev, QA, and production environments.
- Effective team-based communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency creating and using unit tests.
- Basic office work environment at government facility location
- Hours of operation are M-F between
- Occasionally, project requirements may require temporary adjustment of work hours/days
- Duties are subject to change based on the needs of the customer
