In the administration of our clients' IT systems and IT services, we offer a diverse, independent full-time position as a Service Manager (m/f/d) in a great team.

We maintain flat hierarchies and a true team spirit. We strive to accommodate individual needs whenever possible.

As a Service Manager (m/f/d), you will be responsible for ongoing customer services and ensuring the availability and efficiency of IT services.

You will capture, document, optimize, prioritize, and ensure that the customer's users have access to all necessary IT services for their daily work.

You are responsible for delivering the service according to the SLAs agreed with the customer.
