Key Responsibilities:

  • Portfolio Strategy and Financial Goals:
  • Assist with defining and implementing the portfolio strategy to align with the company's financial objectives.
  • Develop and maintain a prioritization framework to effectively allocate resources across therapeutic areas, brands, and strategic initiatives.
  • Customer Demand Generation:
  • Lead the development and execution of strategies to drive B2B2C demand for key brands within the portfolio.
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to create and implement omnichannel strategies that align with brand goals.
  • Customer Demand Activation:
  • Build the strategies to increase clinic demand for our key brands and portfolio, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.
  • Works closely with sales, therapeutic area teams, and the digital strategy teams to optimize clinic outreach and engagement.
  • Leadership and Development
  • Builds a culture of collaboration and development to create a high performing environment for fun and fulfilling work. Demonstrates a commitment to growing the expertise of the Customer Strategy team for today and the future of the organization.

Communication and Channel Optimization:

  • Drive the optimization of communication channels to ensure clear and impactful messaging to our target audiences.
  • Lead the strategy team for channel optimization, including digital, print, and inperson engagements, to maximize reach and effectiveness.
  • Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Healthcare, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in marketing, sales, or strategy roles within the healthcare or pharmaceutical industry.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies and programs.
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to translate insights into action.
  • Excellent people leadership and strategy development experience.
  • Superior communication and interpersonal skills, with the proficiency to work effectively across various teams and stakeholders.

The role may require occasional travel for market research, industry events, and coordination with external partners.
