Your responsibilities with us:

Leading and scheduling the technical and infrastructure teams in your facility

Monitoring and quality assurance of all technical processes in the facility

Ensuring the profitability of your facility
Revenue and cost control, as well as responsibility for staying within budget
Managing existing contractual relationships

Communicating with clients and authorities:

Coordinating and managing all service areas for your FM client

What we are looking for:

Completed
degree in supply engineering, engineering, or
facility management, or
technician | master in the field of electrical | electrical engineering, heating, ventilation, air conditioning, or plumbing (HVAC)
Several years of
relevant practical experience
Dedication and a strong serviceoriented mindset
