- Prepare monthly, quarterly and year-end financial statements/reporting packages
- Ensure accurate and timely recording of property-level transactions, including rent payments, operating expenses, and capital expenditures.
- Prepare journal entries and maintain the general ledger
- Reconcile monthly bank statements to the general ledger
- Review and approve accounts payable and accounts receivable
- Participate in preparation of common area maintenance and real estate tax reconciliations
- Monitor daily cash balances
- Bachelor's degree in accounting
- 2+ years of general ledger accounting experience
- Yardi experience preferred
