• Prefer a high school diploma or GED.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in the moving and delivery industry.
• Mental abilities are required to compute business math.
• Physically able to safely teamlift and secure large items upwards to several hundred pounds.
• Physically able to disassemble and reassemble furniture.
• Physically able to go up and down stairs continously for hours.
• Have you own bag of tools
• Full time hours: 3550 hours per week.
• Reliable transportation.

• The Mover is responsible for safe and efficient moving and delivery operations of the company including unloading, loading and transportation of client's personal and/or business property.
• The Mover is held accountable for safe and secure loads that minimize potential damage and/or injuries.
• The Mover is responsible for the daily Driver and Passenger Checklists.
• The Mover is held accountable for a positive customer service relationship and communication with the company's clients, which includes daily phone and face to face interactions.
• The Mover is responsible to maintain a constant and clear stream of communication via text and calls with the office staff and management.
• The Mover is responsible for assessing the time requirements and manpower needs on moving assignments once on site and informing management of any major discrepancies, as necessary.
• The Mover is responsible for collecting payments, managing paperwork, and organizing job assignments.
• The Mover is held accountable for the use and security of company property assigned to them
