    $18.00 To 22.00 Hourly
    Balance of Nature is a whole food supplement company that's changing the world, one life at a time. Located in Hurricane and St. George, Utah. We are looking for a full-time, in-person Marketing Project Manager.
    You will collaborate, manage, and delegate responsibilities throughout a marketing project's lifecycle.

    What you will do:
    Learn and understand standard operating procedures for marketing campaigns by planning, creating, approving, implementing, and more
    Collaborate, manage, and delegate various responsibilities throughout project life cycles
    Ensure deadlines are met throughout project life cycles
    Do market, competitor, and internal research to improve campaign performance according to KPIs
    Analyze and report on previous campaigns
    Handle general managerial tasks, including schedule management, assisting team members, updating documentation, and more

    What we prefer you to bring:
    Collaboration, communication, and listening skills
    Organization, time management, and prioritization skills
    A strong work ethic
    Detail-oriented and visionary approach
    Leadership and/or managerial experience
    Proficiency in Google Workspace
    Proficiency in task management programs like ClickUp
    Copywriting skills
    Graphic design skills
    Data analytics skills
    1+ years of experience in marketing, ideally email marketing

    Pay:
    $18.00 to $22.00 per hour

    Schedule:
    Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
