Description
As part of the Taswell team, you will support us in:


  • Installing, upgrading, and patching VMware ESXi/vCenter
  • Configuring networks, high availability, and vMotion management
  • Setting up VMware SRM for disaster recovery scenarios
  • Managing server hardware, monitoring, and troubleshooting
  • Installing and upgrading Windows Server, configuring security
  • Providing support for VMs and Windows OS, managing performance
  • Ensuring system security and compliance with policies
  • Performing updates and patches for VMware and operating systems
  • Troubleshooting and providing support for users and systems
  • Implementing backup and recovery solutions
What you bring to the table:

  • At least 2.5 years of professional experience
  • Ability to troubleshoot and manage performance
  • Experience with VMware ESXi/vCenter, SRM, and Windows Server
  • Certifications in VMware and operating systems are a plus
  • Experience in server hardware and Windows Server administration
  • Good communication skills and ability to work in a team
  • Resilience and flexibility in a dynamic environment
  • Excellent German or English skills, at least C1/C2 level in both written and spoken
