    Education and/or Experience
    Currently in Year 3 or 4 working towards a Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year college or university. Position could be college credit.


    Computer Skills

    To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of Excel spreadsheet software, Word (word-processing software), PowerPoint, HTMA/CSS, WordPress (content management system), Mailchimp (email marketing software), Photoshop, HootSuite/social media scheduling tools as well as social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and LinkedIn.


    Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned


    • Work closely with Digital Marketing Team in coordinating and overseeing the day-to-day management of all digital marketing programs and projects.
    • Work closely with retail members to insure appropriate implementation

    Specific programs include:
    on-line shopping, digital coupons, social media management, and digital marketing reporting.

    • Partner with Marketing Team to provide digital content for monthly, quarterly, and yearly promotions.
    • Support existing websites by updating content and reviewing analytics.

    Other Skills and Abilities


    • Exceptional organizational skills with special attention to detail.
    • Excellent communication, analytical and customer service skills.
    • Proficient skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Publisher.
    • Familiarity with WordPress, HootSuite, social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Tiktok) and MailChimp.
    • Basic photography, videography and photo and video editing skills using Canva, TikTok and Adobe tools.
    • Ability to work well within a team environment.
    • Exceptional creative thinking and design skills.
