Job Title:

WAREHOUSE ADMINISTRATOR

Reports to:

PRODUCTION MANAGER

Responsibilities:

Preparing and completing warehouse orders for delivery or pickup according to schedule
Receiving and processing warehouse stock products
Performing warehouse inventory controls and keeping quality standards high for audits
Checking stock for damage and wear, reporting faults and discrepancies to relevant parties, and marking and labeling stock
Carrying out the logistics of receiving, processing, storing and sending inventory according to purchase orders and shipping schedules
Completing shipments by processing and loading orders

Qualifications And Experience:

Bachelor's degree or above in Logistics Management, Warehouse Management, Supply Chain Management, or related field preferred.
Minimum of 1 year experience in warehouse management or related field required.
Practical experience in forklift operation is a
MUST, along with relevant certification.
Proficient in warehouse management systems and commonly used office software such as WMS and ERP.
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fastpaced environment.
Supports data security mechanisms to keep data safe against unauthorized access.
Ensure efficient booking and pickup, provide great customer care to our customers.
Ability to supervise warehouse operations.
Ability to keep spreadsheets and other data up to date.
Proficient in inventory management and conducting regular stock counts and adjustments.
Must be familiar with warehouse management processes and operational standards in the United States, and independently managing daily warehouse operations.
Ability to handle tasks such as goods receipt, dispatch, and inventory control to ensure accuracy and integrity of warehouse inventory.

Other Requirements:

Possession of relevant certifications such as warehouse management or logistics management is a PLUS.

Physical Demands:

Must be able to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
