Description

We are currently seeking an Operations/Customer Service Associate to facilitate our wholesale, ecommerce, mail order and corporate orders and to oversee customer service.

This position reports to owner and will work closely with the Operations Supervisor to ensure order information is communicated timely and effectively to fulfill orders efficiently and accurately.

• Picking, packing, and shipping orders
• Processing orders ecommerce, wholesale, corporate and retail
• Assisting Operations Supervisor and Owners in daily operations and special assignments.
• Selfstarter who is motivated, organized, responsible, outgoing, and hard working with a critical eye.
• Strong customer service skills and excellent written and verbal communication
• A passion for food with an eagerness to learn and share their knowledge with others.
• Positive, thoughtful attitude with a sense of humor (after all, we sell nuts).
• Team Player who accepts feedback with grace, and is able to give clear direction and corrective feedback to staff
• Constantly seeks to improve systems and processes and is not afraid to speak up with ideas and suggestions
• Able to work independently and with a sense of urgency
