As we expand our footprint and continue to evolve, we are seeking a seasoned and strategic leader to join our team as the
Vice President of Human Resources.
Location:
Southampton, PA (on-site for training, hybrid after)
Comp: 150,000-195,000
Position Overview:
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives to foster a high-performance culture and drive employee engagement and retention.
Provide leadership and guidance to the HR team, overseeing all aspects of HR operations including talent acquisition, compensation and benefits, employee relations, performance management, and compliance.
Partner with senior leadership to identify and address HR-related challenges and opportunities, serving as a trusted advisor on all HR matters.
Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements to ensure compliance and proactively address emerging issues.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
15+ years of progressive experience in HR, with at least 10 years in leadership/management roles.
Proven track record of success in developing and implementing HR strategies that drive business results.
Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations, with experience in multi-state or international HR environments.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships at all levels of the organization.
Manufacturing industry experience highly desirable.
Pay:
$150, $190,000.00 per year
