    Roxborough Memorial Hospital is a 131-bed community hospital with a long history of serving the Roxborough, Manayunk, East Falls, and northwest Philadelphia communities. Since 1890, we've been dedicated to providing exceptional medical care.

    Responsibilities:

    • Provide emotional support, crisis intervention, and counseling to individuals across various age groups and their families.
    • Offer information, referrals for financial assistance, and other supportive services to patients and families facing social and emotional challenges.
    • Conduct psychosocial assessments, assist in treatment plan development, and participate in discharge planning.
    • Ensure accurate documentation and maintenance of clinical records for each client.

    Qualifications:

    • Master's Degree in Social Work or related field required.
    • Current state license or registration necessary.
    • Minimum one year of experience in hospital or outpatient mental health care.
    • Strong background in working with diverse populations and various social and emotional issues.
