OverviewWe are looking for an exciting social media savant who loves digging into analytics, being ahead of the curve on social trends and thrives off bringing fresh and industry-leading opportunities to the table to execute the global product and brand marketing strategy of Haus Labs by Lady Gaga across existing and new social channels. The role reports into Sr. Director, Marketing. What You'll DoDrive product and brand marketing strategy on social, develop plans to acquire new/relevant audiences, and report on social data insights both for owned and competitive social while hitting KPI'sExecute social strategy primarily for brand (but not exclusively), to translate marketing strategy across social channel touchpoints to existing and new audiences that drive engagement, awareness, social team KPI's and salesStrategize and collaborate on behalf of brand for partner, retailer and/or founder's channelConstantly monitor and analyze social performance with analytic tools to optimize social channels. Quickly pivot or ignite a need to continue to drive engagement and excitement based off findings and social listeningFluently report on social metrics on a weekly basisDisrupt the social landscape with trailblazing ideas. Keep a thumb on social trends and be tapped into the conversations happening across all the different platforms to help drive strategic thinking of the social teamContinue to innovate and stay passionate about building community. Implement tactical engagement efforts to grow the community. Provide intuitive social listening for community-first content strategies - with the drive to take current trends/events and implement them quickly to help grow our channels. Ensure brand DNA is maintained through visuals and copyPartner with influencer and growth marketing teams to optimize synergies between paid & organic social media effortsManage budget for social boosting, tool and content needsIdentify the right partners who are digital-first and innovative in the social content spaceIdentify cross-promotional opportunities with external social channels with like-minded or desirable audiences What We're Looking For 5-7 years of experience in Social Media3-5 years team leadership experienceA driven social media lover that loves to be a step ahead of trends, follow influencers and brands to be able to push the conversation forward in the industryA natural storytellerA tastemaker with an elevated and creative lens for social content Founder experience a plusBe a high energy go-getter, who's got a positive, friendly attitude Strong work ethic with exceptional project management & organizational skills Meticulous attention to detail and an ongoing commitment to achieving high-quality resultsWell-versed in social media platforms and have a deep understanding of platform tools (ex.
